On October 30, 2019 I sold one of my favorite houses in Garrett County!
Having the opportunity to sell this home exactly one year ago today was a great experience. It wasn't a painless one, but you rarely learn from the easy deals. These sellers came to me through a government relocation group. Working with a corporate group like this can be challenging. I learned to speak a new language to get things through their system. I got to see a side of real estate transacting that was brand new to me and has proven to be incredibly valuable ever since!

After only 11 days on the market, I negotiated a contract on behalf of the sellers that earned them 99% of the list price!
