My Lake. Life. Love. this week is a little different. Since the last time I posted a market update, the entire world has changed. We are in a (temporary) state of confusion and fear. I need to believe it's temporary and that before too much longer, if we listen to health officials and respect the situation we're in, things will be back to normal. During these strange and uncertain times, I will do virtual open houses and video tours of some of the best listings out there. The first one will be posted tomorrow morning, and *spoiler alert* you're going to love it! Each day, I'll post a tour of a different listing. Have questions or a request? Send a note!

These toilets usually come with bidet-like system, so toilet paper is no longer needed. With a quick wash and a gentle dry with warm air - all while you are on a heated seat - going to the bathroom in winter doesn’t have to be dreadfully cold!

Most people would agree that stepping out of the shower onto an ice-cold tile floor can send a chill up your body no matter how warm you are. Instead of hopping across the bathroom as quickly as possible to find slippers, consider investing in radiant floor heating if your bathroom is due for an upgrade.
