Real Estate Team Administrative Assistant Position

Terah Crawford, Real Estate Professional is looking to expand her service-oriented, client-focused real estate team. We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible team assistant with a positive, customer service mindset who is focused, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions, learn systems and database management, have an excellent work ethic and attitude, be flexible, and work well under pressure. Candidate must be able to manage complex projects with many moving parts. The ideal candidate should have previous administrative and customer service experience. Position may be required to run various errands. Real estate license not required. Training will be provided.

Tasks:

- Manage calendar, appointments and clients

- Manage Database

- Manage website

- Manage online analytics

- Manage Lead Generation Systems

- Manage Facebook/Instagram Posts and Ads

- Manage marketing/business plans

- Prepare marketing materials (show sheets, e-blasts, newsletters, etc.)

- Other projects as needed

Required Skills:

  • Highly organized

  • Superior attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task within set deadlines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Must be Tech-savvy

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Professional and Neat Appearance

  • Strong customer service mindset and skills

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have flexible schedule

  • Web/Graphic design a plus

  • Video and photography skills a plus

Job Type: Part-time with intention to go Full-time

  • 20 hours/Week

Job Location:

Required education

  • High School Diploma, Some College preferred

Required license or certification:

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Experience in the customer service industry, Residential Real estate industry a bonus

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
