Our snow dancing worked! Garrett County has received consistent snow fall over the past several days! The Wisp is in full effect, even opening sections of the mountain for the first time this season. My favorite trail, Ace's Run, located in the North Camp section is now ready for fresh tracks! Have you been out on the mountain this season? 3 Homes were Withdrawn, Cancelled, or Expired from the market ( ⬇️down 26 from last week!)
14 More Homes are now pending settlement ( ⬆️Up 10 from last week!)
21550 -Oakland- was the most popular postal code for new listings (5 of the 9 listings are located in Oakland)
3 of the New Listings are water oriented at Deep Creek Lake
$286,500 was the average sales price of the homes that sold last week
Homes that sold last week got an average of 95% of their list price
Homes that sold last week had an average days on market of 148
