Lake. Life. Love.

It's been nearly a month since I have been able to write a blog post. So instead of trying to catch up on the week's I've missed, I'm covering the entire month of July. IN THE MONTH OF JULY, I SHOWED 84 HOMES and put 11 homes under contract. If you follow me on social, you know that things have been very busy. It's been an absolutely amazing summer! Seeing those numbers puts it into more clear perspective, even for me. Between showings, listings, writing and managing contracts, and keeping my marketing objectives flowing, I have managed to spend some incredible time with my family! The pictures above are a snapshot of the time that we have had together over the past month.

Is your agent working hard enough for you?

If you've been paying attention to my Market Monday stats for even a short amount of time, you've watched the market go wild in the past few weeks. And if you've been thinking that you'd *maybe* like to sell your home, you've probably heard that NOW IS THE TIME. While that is all true, I want to squash a misconception. The market is great and moving very quickly, but that does not mean that your listing agent should be kicking back and letting the market do their job for them. Now more than ever, it is crucial to stand out and make sure that you're home is properly prepared for listing, and it's marketed aggressively when you go live. Even in a low-inventory, high-speed market, your agent cannot slack on making sure that your listing reaches the right buyers. Here are some ways that I ensure my listings are going to be seen far and wide. Contact me today for your market analysis and to get started right away!
