I Am STILL Here For You - COVID-19 Response

By now, the COVID-19 Pandemic has completely changed "life as we know it" for the time being. I'm sending out positivity and prayer to the entire world as so many people experience loss, heartache, and fear far beyond what has affected my family to this point. It's true that things have changed for my family at home, my family at Taylor-Made, and my family that is the community I love. And things will continue to change... As they do, please know that I am STILL here for you and that will always be.

There are many ways we can still work together to meet your real estate goals. During the pandemic, Residential & Commercial Real Estate has been deemed essential. I am dedicated to helping you in every way that I can while keeping you and our community safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic. As new information is available and we all continue to adapt, some things will change and some things will not. Among the things that have changed are my office hours.

Terah Crawford Office Hours: Monday - Tuesday: 8 AM - 10 AM and 2 PM - 4 PM Wednesday: 8 AM - 6 PM

Thursday - Friday: 8 AM - 10 AM and 2 PM - 4 PM

During these times, I will reply to your emails and be available for phone calls and virtual appointments. On Wednesday, I may be available for in person appointments on a case by case basis.

There are many real estate services I can easily provide to you with out ever coming in contact! Those include:

  • Virtual Showings

  • Virtual Listing Appointments

  • Virtual Open Houses

  • Conference Calls

  • Video Meetings

  • Electronic Document Management, and more!

Maryland REALTORS has done a great job of receiving information from state and federal officials and clearly communicating it to their membership. It is important to note that while Residential Real Estate is considered essential, even essential businesses need to make every effort to take their businesses online, telework, and avoid contact whenever possible. I take these recommendations and guidelines very seriously.

Here is the scoop on the guidelines from the Maryland REALTORS Association as they stand today. Real estate licensees will limit personal interactions to the greatest extent possible and will engage in-person only when necessary, and follow these strict protocols:

  • In-person activities must be by appointment only.

  • No more than three (3) people, including the agent, may be at a property at any one time.

  • Those three persons must strictly follow physical distancing guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) by remaining at least six feet apart at all times.

If you're thinking of buying or selling, this is still a great time! Folks are going to see some changes to the lending process, as well as the real estate process. It seems this is an especially great time for folks to consider purchasing their first home or primary residence. Second home purchases could be a little more tricky and possibly not as appealing as loans for that type of property are seeing lots of term restrictions. I will continue to share that type of information as it becomes available! I am looking forward to seeing light at the end of this tunnel and getting back to work in full force. But remember, until that happens, I am STILL here for you!
