I'm one day late on posting this... Is Market Monday still informative and fun if it's actually Market Tuesday? 🤷🏻♀️ I hope so. It's been a week of snow with very cold temps (subzero!) over the weekend. As of this morning, Wisp Resort 28 trails open with 9 lifts running. They now have every section of the mountain including East Ridge, home of Main Street and (another of my favorites) Eye Opener. I took a drive to Wisp this morning, it was stunning! Makes me glad I'm a day behind on getting this blog posted :) Have you been out on the mountain this season? Homes that sold last week got an average of 96% of their list price ( ⬆️up 1% from last week)
Homes that sold last week had an average days on market of 171 ( ⬆️up 23 days from last week)

What a week!

She lives in Accident, where we lived as kids, where we went to school and where we have many wonderful memories. My first real job was in Accident at Annie's Kitchen, which is still one of my favorite restaurants in Garrett County! So, here is the breakdown of Accident area real estate over the past year:
